The company SKIS ROSSIGNOL SAS ("SKIS ROSSIGNOL"), is the owner and operator of this website https://www.dynastar.com (the "Site"). SKIS ROSSIGNOL is a simplified joint stock company whose headquarters is located 98 rue Louis Barran 38430 Saint-Jean de Moirans (France). APPLICATION OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE (“TCU” )

These Terms of Use govern the relationship between SKIS ROSSIGNOL and the user of the Site, and set the rules of use of the Site. The term "user" is defined as any person accessing and using the Site.

In these TCU, the terms "we", "us" or "our" refer to SKIS ROSSIGNOL, while the terms "you", "your" and "yours" refer to any Internet user.
